2018-2019 Tuition Rates
Open Enrollment for preschool and prekindergarten starts February 2nd, 2018. Priority Registration for current families starts Friday, February 2 and ends on Friday, March 9. Open Enrollment for all grades starts on March 9th.

$8,928 – Full-time (5 days/week)
$8,035 – Part-time (4 days or less, half or full days)
How to Make Your Tuition Payment
Tuition is paid through the FACTS Management Company to help us manage our tuition payment program. There is a $40 fee per family for this service, which is applicable to all families who are making payments by 10 or 12 installments. Through FACTS you can conveniently pay your tuition online, receive e-mail payment reminders before your payment is due, select from one of multiple payment options, and always review your account online. You can always drop off a check to Kate Lafferty, Finance Director, in the main office and she can apply it to your account, if that is easier for you as well. First, you’ll want to set up your account. Next, you’ll choose your payment option. You’ll be able to choose from the following payment options:
One (1) Installment …………………..Due July 1, 2018 (payment by check)
Two (2) Installments………………….Due July 1, 2018 and January 1, 2019 (payment by check)
Ten (10) Monthly Installments……Due July 1, 2018 through April 1, 2019 (payment by automatic withdrawal is required)
Ten (10) Monthy Installments …… Due July 15, 2018 through April 15, 2019 (payment by automatic withdrawal is required)
Twelve (12) Monthly Installments…Due July 1, 2018 through June 1, 2019 (payment by automatic withdrawal is required)

Mater Christi School Administrators, Board of Trustees and the Sisters of Mercy are committed to maintaining an annual tuition that is affordable. The actual per student cost at Mater Christi is in excess of $12,000. Through assistance awarded by the Sisters of Mercy, funds raised by our annual campaign and other donations, we are able to subsidize tuition at its current rate for 2018-2019. We recognize that this amount requires a great deal of sacrifice for so many families.
Families requiring tuition assistance must complete the FACTS application online. Prior to completing the application, we ask that all families examine their personal needs and expenses to be sure the amount requested is an honest reflection of financial need. Families must submit their paperwork with FACTS as detailed below. In addition, families must submit a letter to the Tuition Assistance Committee, Attn: Kate Lafferty, with information about your family and a narrative detailing financial hardship. Apply for Tuition Assistance
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for Mater Christi for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Applicants can apply online at www.factstuitionaid.com. You will need to submit the following to complete the application process:
1. Payment of the $30 application fee (If you apply for assistance, Mater Christi will credit your first tuition payment with this $30 fee)
2. Copies of your most recent tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
3. Copies of your 2016 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse
4. Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
All supporting documents can be uploaded in PDF format online.
Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence. Child Care Resources
Mater Christi School does not offer tuition assistance for students in Preschool or Prekindergarten, however Child Care Resources partners with the State of Vermont to help families pay for child care expenses through the Child Care Financial Assistance program.
