Specific Grade or Subject Area Needs
Preschool: One complete change of clothing to stay in cubby all year, labeled with child’s name; backpack to come to school each day; small, thin blanket labeled with child’s name; smock, e.g. old tee-shirt.
Kindergarten: A change of clothes including socks and underwear; lunch box ; snack/drink each day; med/large backpack - NO WHEELING backpacks; container of liquid hand soap. All other supplies will be provided.
Grade 1: Six plain 2-pocket folders; 1 pencil box;* 1 folder for home reader material - can be tie close, elastic close or zipper. French - 1 pocket folder, 25 3X5 index cards.
Grade 2: Pencil Box*, Five pocket folders; folder for homework-tie close, elastic close or zipper. French - 1 composition notebook, 1 folder.
Grade 3: Water bottle; 1 plastic accordion folder; three plastic-coated pocket folders; three composition notebooks (100 sewn-in pages); 3-ring binder; pencil box (no longer than 9”).* French - 1 composition notebook, 1 folder.
Grade 4: Dry erase markers (must be LOW ODOR & NON-TOXIC); 7 folders of 7 different colors; 1 pocket Thesaurus, 1-2 highlighters. French - 1 pocket folder; 1 spiral notebook. [Will not be using 3-ring binders - school will provide additional spiral notebooks, as needed].
Grade 5: Literature- 3-subject black or red spiral notebook. To help fifth and sixth graders continue to grow in organizational skills, the school provides color-coded notebooks and folders. English and science - composition notebooks (100 sewn-in pages), 1-2 highlighters, French-1 composition notebook.
Grade 6: French - 1 composition notebook (100 sewn-in pages), 1 folder. Math -extra pencils, green pens. Science - 3-ring binder with dividers, graph paper. English- -Notebook, 2 folders. Soc. Studies - notebook, one 2-pocketed folder. Reading -binder, 3 pocket folders. To help sixth graders continue to grow in organizational skills, the school provides color-coded notebooks and folders.
