Following are Mater Christi School’s application dates and deadlines for the 2024-2025 school year. We are also accepting applications for some grade levels for the current 2023-2024 academic year.

Priority Enrollment for Siblings of Current Students

Deadline: December 15, 2023

Siblings of current students at Mater Christi School have priority enrollment. We encourage families to submit applications for siblings (preschool through grade 8) by December 15 to ensure a place for the 2024-2025 academic year. Please contact the Admissions Office with questions.

Re-Registration for Current Students

Opens: December 15, 2023

Deadline: February 15, 2024

The Enrollment Contract and After School Program Enrollment form will be mailed to current families in January. For families who use FACTS, the annual registration fee will be billed through your FACTS account in January. The registration fee and Enrollment Contract must be received by February 15, 2024 in order to secure space for a current student who plans to attend.

Priority Enrollment for New Students: Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten

Opens: January 15, 2024

Applications for new Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten students will be accepted beginning January 15, 2024. Student applicants will have two shadow days: 8-11:30 (day 1) and 8-2:50 (day 2). Admission decisions will be made 3- 5 business days after the second shadow day.

Priority Enrollment for New Students: Kindergarten through Grade 8

Opens: February 16, 2024

Admissions decisions: March 15, April 15, May 15, June 15, July 15, and August 15, 2024

(Admissions are closed from August 16 – October 23, 2024.)

Applications for new Kindergarten through Grade 8 will be accepted beginning February 16, 2024. We welcome new families to apply. Admissions decisions will be made on the 15th of each month, from March through August.
