Jennifer Coulter

Jennifer grew up in Essex Junction, Vermont and then attended Loyola University in Baltimore. She graduated in 1990 with a BA in Elementary Education. From there she moved across the country to Seattle to participate in CHANNEL, a Catholic lay ministry training program and begin her teaching vocation. After teaching 4th grade for a year at Our Lady Star of the Sea School in Bremerton, she moved to Seattle proper and began teaching at Assumption St. Bridget School where she taught 2nd grade for 15 years and then looped with her final class to 3rd grade. Jennifer earned a MA in Pastoral Studies from Seattle University in 1998. In 2007 she returned home to beautiful Vermont with her husband and two young children to be closer to family and take advantage of a quieter and less hectic setting. She joined the Mater Christi community that fall first teaching in grades 5-8 and then finding her way to grade 3 in 2011. Jennifer is enjoys attending and watching many sporting events as well as gardening, exercising, reading, and socializing with friends and family.
