Kristen Lee

Kristen was born and raised in South Burlington, VT and graduated from UVM in with a B.A in Child Psychology. After graduation, she moved to Manhattan for eight years and earned her M.S. in Elementary Education from CUNY-Hunter and became a licensed teacher in NYC. Her first teaching experience was at a small Montessori School on the Upper West Side where she taught in a multiage classroom of first through third graders. Kristen returned to Vermont in 2000 to start a family and continued teaching part-time in Williston until her children, Griffin and Sadie, were both in school. Prior to joining MCS, Kristen had been teaching at Heartworks/Renaissance School as both a pre-school and second grade teacher. Kristen is thrilled to be returning to Mater Christi School for her third year.

 

Hobbies:

In her spare time, Kristen loves going on road trips with her family, reading, playing tennis and dreaming of the beach.
