Session 1: June 24 – 28 Walk With Dinosaurs
Go back in time to when giants ruled the Earth. Our little paleontologists
will learn about dinosaurs and the world they lived in. We will
dig for “fossils”, make volcanoes and construct our very own favorite
dinosaurs, perhaps even discover new ones.

Session 2: July 1 – 5 *NO CAMP JULY 4* Explorers Week!
We will start our Adventurers Camp learning about different explorers
from our region. Campers will learn about historic discoveries in
Vermont and New England and what skills are required to make it as
a brave explorer. We will travel to Burlington parks to practice our
new tracking and mapping skills. We’ll also learn there’s buried
treasure to find as well.

Session 3: July 8 – 12 Our Lake Monster
This week our campers become biologists as we learn about Lake
Champlain’s greatest guest. We’ll also learn how the Lake led to the
growth of Burlington. We’ll play games that help us learn about our
natural world focusing on local plants, trees, animals and more. We’ll
even attend a Lake Monsters game at Centennial Field to see Champ
in action!

Session 4: July 15 – 19 First Responders
Camp is surrounded by first responders helping people all
around Burlington and beyond. This week we will explore our
favorite local heroes and learn some of the skills required for
each job. There will be a focus on safety and how to respond in
age-appropriate ways to different emergencies. There will be
many visitors too!

Session 5: July 22 – 26 Sports Mania
Every camper joins the team during this exciting week of sports mania.
Each day will be filled with different group challenges where
campers work together to accomplish their GOAL! We’ll be combining
multiple sports daily all while working on activities that focus on
being a great teammate and building skills for the future.

Session 6: July 29 – August 2 Theater Arts
During this week our campers will learn to perform on stage and
what it takes to truly be in theater. Campers will visit different performance
spaces around Burlington. We will construct our very own
theater space and play with props and costumes. All the world’s a
stage and the campers are the actors.

Session 7: August 5 – 9 Let it Grow
Every summer we like to visit local gardens and growers. We also
like to grow and cultivate our own veggie garden right here at
camp. During our week together we’ll visit the Intervale growers,
learn about how healthy gardens grow and learn why trees and
plants are important to our world. We will also learn about bees and
their very important job.

Session 8: August 12 – 16 Where the Wild Things Are
Our Junior Scientists will join us as we travel around the world learning
about different animals. Each day we will focus on a new and
exciting habitat from the rainforest to the deserts. Area parks and
